Leftover Turkey Salad


¼ cup roasted sunflower seeds

¼ cup raisins

2 cups leftover turkey (cooked)

2 small apples, diced

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ teaspoon salt

juice of ¼ lemon



Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Serve chilled.
