Hello from the Amazing Waste crew!
We’re students in an environmental capstone class focusing on food waste. We decided to apply what we’ve learned in class to our everyday lives and are in the process of creating a labor of love appropriately named the Amazing Waste Cookbook.

Over the course of the semester, the creators of the Amazing Waste Cookbook will post recipe content and instruction videos on this site. Once we’ve completed the book, we’ll have a link to download the cookbook as a PDF!
